We have extensive project experience in food and beverage packaging, cosmetics and skincare label design, CBD and hemp packaging, dietary supplement label design, electronics, luxury goods, pet products, household cleaning products, SaaS, and eCommerce brands. Each industry brings specific regulatory and shelf-impact requirements we navigate confidently across 300+ completed projects.

We provide packaging design services to clients in 190+ countries worldwide. Our primary markets include the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Pakistan, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore. All communication is in English and all pricing is in USD by default, with GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, and PKR available on request.

Our primary tools are Adobe Illustrator (vector artwork, dielines, and packaging), Adobe Photoshop (image editing and mockups), Adobe InDesign (print layouts and catalogues), and Figma (UI/UX and web design). All packaging and label work is produced to professional print specifications in the correct colour space — CMYK for offset and flexo printing, Pantone references included where specified.

You get a first draft within 48 business hours of brief approval. Full project timelines are service-specific and listed on each service page, for example 3–5 business days for a single label and 10–20 business days for a complete brand identity. Rush turnaround is 48 hours on one-off projects and 24 hours on Pro and Enterprise subscriptions — ask us before booking. We always agree a fixed deadline before starting and stick to it.

Fixed-price projects include a set number of revision rounds, typically 2–3 depending on the service. Design subscriptions include unlimited revisions. Additional revision rounds on fixed-price projects are billed separately at a pre-agreed rate.

A brief is helpful but not required. We provide a structured intake questionnaire that covers the key information we need — product type, target audience, brand values, competitor references, and design preferences. For complex multi-SKU packaging systems or full brand identity projects, a short discovery call is available before we begin.

Yes. For larger packaging systems or complete brand identity projects, we offer a paid concept phase where we develop 2–3 initial design directions for you to review and choose from before proceeding. This is ideal for multi-SKU food packaging ranges, cosmetic packaging lines, or complete brand builds.

We always charge a fixed project fee agreed in advance. You know the exact cost before any work begins. This model eliminates the uncertainty of hourly billing and aligns our incentives with yours — fast, focused packaging and brand design without watching the clock.

Our standard pricing is in USD. We also accept GBP, EUR, PKR, CHF, CAD, and AUD. Equivalent pricing in your local currency is available on request.

We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), PayPal, and Wise. For new clients, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due before final file delivery.

Yes. If you have multiple projects or an ongoing need for design support, we offer bundle pricing at a discounted rate and monthly retainer arrangements. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Yes. Every packaging and label file includes correct bleed (typically 3mm/0.125in), crop and trim marks, embedded fonts, and the correct colour profile (CMYK for offset/flexo, RGB/Hex for digital files). We specify all Pantone and CMYK values and confirm colour setup for your chosen print method before delivery.

Yes. Upon final payment, full intellectual property and usage rights transfer to you. You own the designs outright and may use them commercially without restriction, in any territory, for any duration.

Yes. All packaging projects include photo-realistic 3D mockups for client approval and marketing use. These are delivered alongside the flat print-ready files.

Files are delivered via a WeTransfer or Google Drive link. Large projects are shared as organised folder structures with clearly labelled files for each deliverable. We archive projects for 12 months so you can request re-downloads if needed.

Yes. We design packaging for all major print methods — digital printing, flexographic printing, offset lithography, gravure, and screen printing. We tailor colour profiles, minimum line weights, and detail specifications to your chosen print method and substrate so the finished packaging matches the on-screen proof.

Yes. We work with both Pantone (PMS) and CMYK colour systems and advise which is best suited to your packaging print method and budget. For brand identity projects, we always establish both Pantone and CMYK values as part of the brand guidelines so your packaging and print materials stay consistent across every supplier.

Yes. We have extensive experience with FDA dietary supplement labeling requirements (USA), UK FSA compliance, EU Novel Food regulations, and Health Canada rules. Every packaging and label project for regulated products includes correctly sized nutrition facts panels, ingredient declarations, mandatory disclaimer panels, and required health claim wording — positioned and sized to satisfy your target market's regulations.

Yes. Packaging redesigns and brand refreshes are a major part of our work. We can evolve existing packaging to feel more premium or contemporary, align it with a new brand identity, or conduct a complete redesign while retaining recognition elements your customers already associate with your product.

Yes. We design compliant FDA Nutrition Facts panels following the 2020 FDA labeling rules, including updated serving size declarations, daily values, and all required nutrients. We also design UK and EU format nutrition tables, ingredient declaration panels, and allergen statements — correctly laid out and sized for your label dimensions.

Yes. We regularly design full wrap-around labels, coordinated front-and-back panel sets, and complete multi-panel label systems covering the front, back, neck, and cap labels. Every panel is delivered as a separate, clearly labelled print-ready file your printer can use immediately.
