Labeling requirements in Sweden

The Swedish Food Agency (Livsmedelsverket) oversees food labelling under EU Regulation 1169/2011, and the Medical Products Agency (Läkemedelsverket) supervises cosmetics. Mandatory information must generally be in Swedish.

Food: EU FIC particulars, emphasised allergens, the nutrition declaration and 1.2 mm minimum x-height.
Supplements: labelling follows Directive 2002/46/EC and the Swedish Food Agency's rules, with EU-authorised health claims only.
Keyhole: the Nyckelhålet symbol is voluntary and may be used only on products that meet its criteria.
Cosmetics: Regulation 1223/2009, with an EU Responsible Person and CPNP notification.
CBD: ingestible products may be classed as novel foods or medicines, so check the classification early.
