Labeling requirements in United Kingdom

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) leads on food safety and allergens, and Defra on general food labelling policy. Labels must be in English.

Food: the Food Information Regulations 2014 and retained Regulation 1169/2011 set the mandatory particulars, with allergens emphasised in the ingredients list.
Prepacked for direct sale: Natasha's Law requires a full ingredient list with emphasised allergens.
Great Britain products need a UK food business address, and Northern Ireland follows separate Windsor Framework rules.
Supplements: the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 (with equivalents in the other nations) and the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register.
Cosmetics: a UK Responsible Person named on pack and a Submit Cosmetic Product Notification (SCPN) entry.
CBD: food products are novel foods needing FSA authorisation. The FSA advises healthy adults to limit CBD from food to 10 mg a day, and medicinal claims are not allowed.

We quote in USD and show the approximate sterling price, around £110 for labels and £225 for packaging. We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), PayPal and Wise, with a 50% deposit for new clients. Wise is usually the simplest route from a UK account.
